When Braidhurst High School needed extra classroom space for their Music Department, a traditional build was not the answer. RFB Containers provided a faster, more flexible solution – and what Braidhurst High School got was a fully converted, insulated, and electrified classroom delivered and positioned precisely on a tight school site.

The Music Department at Braidhurst High School had outgrown its existing space and needed an additional classroom. The school required a solution that was fit for educational use – properly insulated, secure, and equipped – and the site itself presented an added complication: access was extremely restricted, making a standard delivery impossible.

How did RFB deliver?

The Solution

RFB converted a brand new 40ft High Cube container into a fully functional classroom. The conversion included:

High security personnel door
Two windows fitted with anti-vandal shutters
Full white board lining throughout the interior
Insulation to classroom standard
Full electrical fit-out including lighting, sockets, and a heater

The tight site access was handled in close coordination with GoBig Site Services, whose remote-controlled Container Mover was used to position the unit precisely once delivered by Hiab into the school car park – a logistics challenge solved without disruption to the school.

Braidhurst High School now has a bright, clean, and fully equipped Music classroom ready for use. The interior finish is to a high standard – white-lined walls, strip lighting, and a heater make it a comfortable, practical learning environment. Outside, the unit sits neatly within the school grounds, finished in a dark anthracite grey that sits cleanly alongside the existing building.
